These furnaces reduce the sintering process time because de-waxing, vacuum sintering and cooling are carried out successively. A special design ensures strict temperature uniformity in the sintering chamber, and the prevention of alloy element evaporation. This series is best suited for sintering high alloy steels and electromagnetic alloys.
Since several room type has adopted the roller hearth conveyance system, a drive part becomes compact and its use space also decreases.


・Atmosphere Sintering Furnaces



This sintering furnace can process materials formed into extremely complicated shapes - such as those produced by injection molding. High bulk density (over 95%) sintering can be carried out in one cycle at atmospheric pressure. Strict temperature and pressure control is ensured by computers and operation is fully automatic.
In addition this furnace can be used for surface treatment or finishing such as HIP and sizing.
