This sintering furnace can process materials formed into extremely complicated shapes - such as those produced by injection molding. High bulk density (over 95%) sintering can be carried out in one cycle at atmospheric pressure. Strict temperature and pressure control is ensured by computers and operation is fully automatic.
In addition this furnace can be used for surface treatment or finishing such as HIP and sizing.
