Low Distorted-ized Hardening System

A new quenching system "single-tank three-staged quenching" (patent pending) which we developed is making the material temperature before a martensitic transformation uniform, and is the hardening system which lessens distortion at the time of a transformation. Low distortionization which is not influenced by the shape of the work material is realized with adoption of this system.
