This is the most popular incinerator currently used for sewer sludge incineration processing. The whole system is of energy-saving construction with excellent thermal efficiency. The system makes effective use of the combustion heat of sludge, thus incinerating sewer sludge with minimal auxiliary fuel. Furthermore, waste heat is collected for steam-employed blower driving, air-conditioning, and power generation.
The fluidized bed of the incinerator employs dispersion pipes and conical furnace bottoms, thus making it possible to incinerate sludge together with grit and other matters. |
