This epoch-making, clean baking furnace ensuring energy- and space-saving, efficient solvent removal was designed for an increase in ease of maintenance to support large-size panels, improvement in the uniformity of the surface temperature of the panels, and a further decrease in the furnace length. Chugai Ro provides optimum systems in a wide range, including those for the development and mass-production use of a variety of electronic parts as well as FPD products, to satisfy a wide range of applications.
Chugai Ro's research institute is conducting a basic performance confirmation test on the equipment. A request for a sample test is acceptable.
