This product is cart type frit sealing and exhausting equipment. The product was developed as mass-production equipment for the consistent processing of frit sealing, exhausting, gas filling, and exhaust pipe sealing at the important final process stage of PDP production.
Chugai Ro's cart type frit sealing and exhausting equipment has automated all processes beginning with the stage of panel handling robot processing through to the exhaust pipe setting and automatic sealing. Taking the initiative in the world, the equipment is in operation for full-automatic production now.

1. Shock-free cart
   A unique drive mechanism starts and stops the equipment smoothly and ensures continuous transfer control at creeping speed.
2. Excellent furnace temperature distribution
   Convection heating by RC fan ensure good temperature distribution.
3. A great reduction in running cost (with energy saving)
   With the adoption of a hybrid heating system that uses electricity and gas in combination, the required energy cost is 1/2 of that required by full electric heating systems.
4. Full automation
   All the process including the panel handling robot through to pipe setting and automatic sealing is fully automated.
