Ultra-low NOx burner for steel heating furnaces
In order to comply with increasingly stringent environmental regulations, a unique diffusion combustion system is adopted. By effectively self-circulating combustion exhaust gases, the new system achieves the industry's highest level of ultra-low NOx performance of less than 11%O2 equivalent NOx=30ppm (furnace temperature=1300℃, combustion air temperature=450℃).
The high-speed jet flame characteristics enhance the furnace air agitation effect, resulting in a uniform temperature distribution in the furnace. The furnace can be used for combustion capacities from 290 kW to more than 5000 kW.
