The center lance oxygen discharge nozzle has a laval structure and injects oxygen at supersonic speed.
Supersonic high-temperature flame contributes to scrap preheating, auxiliary heat source for electric furnaces, and scrap melting promotion.
The burner body can be disassembled and pulled out from the outside of the furnace to improve nozzle cleaning and other maintenance.
By controlling the flow rate settings for fuel, combustion oxygen, and lance oxygen, it is possible to switch between burner mode, lance mode, etc.
