It contributes greatly to energy cost reduction, CO₂ emission reduction, and environmental measures.
This is a heat storage burner that alternately switches and combusts two burners as a pair. It is possible to recover nearly 90% of waste heat, which was not possible with conventional waste heat recovery using a recuperator, and can reduce combustion use by approximately 50% compared to conventional air burners.
In addition, two burners burn and extinguish repeatedly in a short period of time to ensure uniform temperature inside the furnace.
